3. Project History 3
> Each transit agency reviewed its own
applicants and printed out laminated
cards on demand.
> Program implementation was
inconsistent throughout the region.
> Fraud was prevalent.
> Agencies were losing money
because of fraudulent discounted fares.
4. Our Services 4
Today:
> Cordoba Corporation is the Central Processor, the first company to provide
these services.
> The Central Processor verifies eligibility of applicants.
> We support all Bay Area transit agencies (with BART as the Lead Agency).
> We help prevent fraud and save transit agencies money.
> We’ve had this contract since 1998 (making it Cordoba’s longest running
contract).
> We process on average 3,000 applications each month.
> We produce ID cards on-site.

become the next Lead Agency (replacing BART). This
procurement should take place sometime in Fall 2012.
We are interested in submitting a proposal to continue
providing these services. We feel that Cordoba is
extremely qualified to provide these services.
We receive high marks for our contract performance.
We have demonstrated abilities, most especially
competence, cooperation, and commitment.
