created the FOR process.
Focus
On
Results
The process helps me and my team see it, own it,
solve it, and do it – no maVer what the task.

There are three steps to the FOR process:
1. Big Picture – overall goal, objecTve, plan
2. TacTc outline – one page snapshot of the
tacTc goal, objecTve, plan, needs,
investment, & return
3. TacTc Detail – the details the leader uses to
ensure the tacTc is completed.
