Tekton Pipelines is an open-source project that focuses on providing a Kubernetes-native, lightweight, easy-to-manage serverless CI/CD framework. Tekton is built for Kubernetes and runs delivery pipelines in pods to scale on demand, and allow teams to fully control their pipelines and dependencies. ArgoCD is a declarative GitOps operator and makes continuous delivery possible by using Git as source of truth for declarative infrastructure and applications. In this session, you will learn how to combine the power of Tekton Pipelines with ArgoCD for a declarative approach to CI/CD based on GitOps principles.

New corner cases, errors, and quirks are regularly discovered as users push the boundaries of size and scale. Joining Datadog allowed me to discover Kubernetes at a larger scale. What if you could short-circuit the ever-growing challenge of data and content synchronization or the continued maintenance of an aging physical footprint of graphics desktop infrastructure? Traditionally, companies requiring high-quality graphic desktops for their users are required to invest heavily in on-premises infrastructure. Media and entertainment customers continue to develop hybrid (on-premises to cloud) rendering as well as supply chain pipelines. Companies have leveraged cloud compute elasticity and economies of scale to deliver projects on time and under budget, but what about the user desktops? Enable on-demand "graphics and video editing" users on the desktop as easily as burst EC2 cloud compute. Hire the best talent, regardless of location or time zone, while only streaming secure pixels to a user's desktop. In this hands-on session, attendees explore the technical schema and underlying architecture of this solution and then individually build a working Windows and Linux graphics desktop based on the NVIDIA powered G3 EC2 instance type. All attendees must bring their own laptop (Windows and macOS are supported). Tablets are not appropriate. We also recommend having the current version of Chrome or Firefox and the AWS CLI already installed.

A micro frontend architecture is an approach to developing web applications as a composition of small frontend apps. Instead of writing a large monolith frontend application, the application can be broken down into domain-specific micro frontends, which are self-contained and can be developed and deployed independently. Each micro frontend can be owned by verticalised domain specific teams. Micro frontends do have advantages and disadvantages and they are not suitable in many cases. The presentation explores the development and application of artificial intelligence (AI) from its inception to its current status in the modern world. The term "artificial intelligence" was first coined by John McCarthy in 1956 to describe efforts to develop computer programs capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence. This concept was first introduced at a conference held at Dartmouth College, where programs demonstrated capabilities such as playing chess, proving theorems, and interpreting texts. In the early stages, Alan Turing contributed to the field by defining intelligence as the ability of a being to respond to certain questions intelligently, proposing what is now known as the Turing Test to evaluate the presence of intelligent behavior in machines. As the decades progressed, AI evolved significantly.
