 I am not a professional roofer, feel free to hire one. I do my best to inspect the roofing system within the time allotted. I inspect the roof covering,
 drainage systems, the flashings, skylights, chimneys and roof penetrations. This is not an exhaustive inspection of evey installation detail of the roofing
 system, according to manufacturers’ specifications or construction codes. It is virtually impossible to detect a leak except as it is occurring or by specific
 water tests, which are beyond the scope of the inspection. I recommend that you ask the seller to disclose information about the roof, and that you
 include comprehensive roof coverage in your home insurance policy.

Summary
Driveway needs to be sealed

Gutter spike on the west side of the home are pulling out of the fascia. I would recommend replacing
the spikes with screws.

A few of the shingles are pretty worn

Chimney's mortar cap is cracked and needs to be repaired to avoid moisture intrusions

Tuckpointing and brick replacement is needed on the chimney.

There are several areas of the brick exterior that need to be repaired. Further evaluation and repair

Main drain on the east side of the home is rusted and leaking. Further evaluation by a professional
plumber is recommended.

There is a 60 amp meter base and a 100 amp breaker box. Further evaluation by a professional
electrician is recommended.

Almost all of the 3 prong outlets in the entire home are ungrounded.
 You are advised to seek two professional opinions and acquire estimates of repair as to any defects, comments,
 improvements or recommendations mentioned in this report. I recommend that the professional making any repairs
 inspect the property further, in order to discover and repair problems that were not identified in the report. I
 recommend that all repairs, corrections, and cost estimates be completed and documented prior to closing or purchasing
 the property. Feel free to hire other professionals to inspect the property prior to closing, including HVAC professionals,
 electricians, engineers, or roofers.

I inspect the roof covering, drainage systems, the flashings, skylights, chimneys and roof penetrations. This is not an exhaustive inspection of evey installation detail of the roofing system, according to manufacturers’ specifications or construction codes. It is virtually impossible to detect a leak except as it is occurring or by specific water tests, which are beyond the scope of the inspection.   • 21. Eagle Eye Inspection LLC Summary Driveway needs to be sealed Gutter spike on the west side of the home are pulling out of the fascia. I would recommend replacing the spikes with screws. A few of the shingles are pretty worn Chimney's mortar cap is cracked and needs to be repaired to avoid moisture intrusions Tuckpointing and brick replacement is needed on the chimney. There are several areas of the brick exterior that need to be repaired. Further evaluation and repair estimates should be obtained from a professional mason. None of the sliding windows on the west side of the home will open. There is some areas that have vermiculite insulation. This material contains asbestos. The east foundation wall has a long horizontal crack, is bowing slightly and has a few spots of efflouresence. Further evalutaion by a foundation specialsist is recommended. Window in SE bedroom is broken GFCI does not trip in the bathroom Recepticle behind the fridge is 2 prong ungrounded, the fridge requires a grounded 3 prong outlet. Kitchen faucet leaks at the handle, there is a brand new faucet in the box on the counter. Main drain on the east side of the home is rusted and leaking.
