Think about positive things. Don’t take a long siestas. 5. What are the consequences for your body of taking drugs? The food full of carbohydrates are cereals, bread and fruit and sugar and vegetables. 6. What is obesity? I need eat: milk, fish, meat, eggs to regenerate my muscle. 7. How many people will have obesity in the World in 2015? The fats provide energy. It’s advisable not to take too many facts because they’re fattening. 8. What factors cause obesity? It’s more important drink water when we realize physical exercise. 9. What are the consequences of obesity? Because in the breakfast we obtain a lot of energy. 10. What do you think about the unhealthy habits? I think everyone should make these healthy habits to benefit your health.
