They are responsible for developing the business side of a company, says David Schechtmann, as well as identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects in order to increase the company's revenue and maximize profits. The main objective of a Business Development Director is to help the company to become as successful as possible.
  5. 5. Communication is the key Communication and interpersonal skills are the key to become a good business developer. You must know how to be present at any conversation be it assertive and speak to all the stakeholders involved.
