This data was entered manually after automatically requesting the data from the owner of the control record. This data was generated automatically from the Rhapsody Service Review system. It was checked and confirmed by Caroline before this KPI was submitted to dashboards. This data was generated automatically from data feeds from the PCIU. Only a few are show here and this is real data.
