 Dictionary meaning:-A dairy is a business
enterprise established for the harvesting of
animal milk mostly from cows, buffaloes,
goats etc.
 A dairy is a place that processes
,distributes and sells dairy products, or a
room, building or a establishment where
milk is stored and processed into milk
products such as butter, cheese, ice-cream
etc.

 India’s milk production will continue to grow at
about 3 percent per annum inspite of difficulties.
 Whereas the consumption of milk production will
roughly grow up at about 6 percent per annum.
 The rate is obviously going to lead to a mismatch
between demand and supply.
 This will create opportunities for international
dairy companies.
 So in this sector, the future is bright and there is
no chance of failure.
 The consumption of the milk products is increasing
day by day. So there is a wide scope in this sector
with some special business strategies.

OXCEN MILK DAIRY will produce milk and milk
products that will meet the needs of customers all
over India.
 Within a short term of ten years, OXCEN MILK
DAIRY will be able to compete with other dairy
giants.
 As it is a dairy industry, milk is the only raw
material to produce any dairy product and instead
of getting milk from others’ hands we will utilize
the milk obtained from the cows we own.
 Excellent breed of cows ”GIR cow & THARAPKAR
cow” which gives milk 30-35 litres per day and
having milk of 60,000-70,000 cells per millilitre is
going to be utilized for filling up the need of raw
material.

 The industry will produce 5,00,000 litres of milk
as a raw material per annum.
 This amount of milk is going to be utilized for only
earning aspect for one year and not for producing
milk products.
 After gaining some profit ,we will start producing
multifarious dairy products. In a span of three
year, the company will distribute its products in 4
to 5 major cities.
 And in a similar manner, applying business
strategies, the company will be able to establish
its feet all over India.

- a customer who bought our products of
more than 5 lacs per annum.
-a customer having a platinum
membership will be given 20% discount on
next 1.5 lacs shopping of our milk
products.

2.golden membership
- a customer who bought our products
more than 1 lacs per annum.
-a customer having a golden
membership will be given 25% discount on
next 20 thousand shopping of our milk

-In this division of membership, our aim
is to include all the people who do not
want to become or are unable to be
platinum or golden member.
-Here, we are going to use credit point
system, a customer who bought our
products worth Rs 100, will be given 5
credits. And every two month, the total
credit will be counted and accordingly, the
discount will be given to them on shopping
of our oxcen milk products.

 Doing MoU(Memorandum of Understanding) with
big sellers of diary products and users i.e. if they
sell oxcen milk and milk products, 5% of the net
profit will be given to them and if they use
oxcen milk and milk products, our platinum
membership card will be given to them.
 (toll-free-number) If the customer want to buy
oxcen milk products more than 150 rs than they
are provided free home delivery within a short
time and within a provided area.
