Didier Rabino is Vice President Lean Sensei at HealthEast in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Prior to holding this position, he worked at Andersen Windows for 8 years as plant manager and to develop the Andersen Manufacturing System (AMS.) Didier also worked for Steelcase during 13 year, in Europe and Michigan. He was one of the architects of the Steelcase Production System, In 2015, Didier founded Lean Management Systems, an organization that supports Lean transformations in manufacturing and health care. Didier is also a Director of the AME North Central Region Board, an instructor for Manufacturers Alliance and IIE.
