 This survey was conducted to study about employee satisfaction
and working environment in Vietnam
 Methodology: Online survey
 Fieldwork time: 3 days (25/07/2015 to 28/07/2015)
 Sample size: N = 971
 Geography: 5 key cities
• Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho

KEY FINDINGS
• 1/2 employee are working for private owned company
• 57% employee feel satisfied with their working environment
• 47% feel they are offering good benefits from their company
• Low salary payment and benefits are main reasons for feeling unhappy
• Only 37% feel their jobs are interesting
• 59% feel they are motivated to contribute more for company
• 55% feel their contributions to company are recognized
• 68% admitted that unfair competition happen in their workplace
• 52% employee are loyal with their current companies
