9. Stoves BIG500 series
It’s a semi professional product all-Italian as well as the gas tap
equipped with safety-valve and with the possibility to be used with
Butane/Propane and Natural Gas.
With the double crown burner you can reach Kw 3,5.
10. BIG700 series
It’s a professional product all-Italian as well as the gas tap equipped
with safety-valve and the pilot flame.
Powers from: 3,0 – 4,5 – 6,5 kw
Being particularly low (17 cm. with the grid) once placed on a neutral table the work surface doesn’t become uncomfortable as it often happens with the stove higher.
It could then be combined with the neutral built by you internally.
11. Grillgas BIG600GG..
It’s a professional gas grill that for the particular size lends itself to
the restaurant business type kiosks, hawkers etc....
You can have as option the plate that allows you to transform it in a
valid FRYTOP
Another option to be used only with the cooking grill way is the lid
that allows to cook like an oven, or even to keep food warm before
serving at the table

It’s a professional gas grill suitable for the insertion in the kitchen
If you cook high fat foods you can choose the grilled meat with offlet that allows dirty to reach the collecting tray without causing
bright flames dangerous and harmful for the cooking.
13. Grillgas BIG1200_820GG
A further advantage is the possibility to place the equipment in the
middle of a kitchen and work around at 360 degrees.
14. Our grills..........
The cooking is through a burner that heats the pins and in turn heat
the grid where the food is placed.
The water that is put in the trays has the function to collect the
grease, dirty and reduce the quantity of smoke. The water doesn’t
produce steam: the meat is not boiled!!!
The cooking is made much more healthy and clean of a cooking with
lava stone. With the use of stone we have the risk of mix taste of
meat and fish.
The parts to be washed are easily removable: no rivets or screws, all
to fit in their seats.
15. Our grills.......
With a number of devices we have completely isolated the external
walls so that while the grid works the walls keep tepid and not hot.
In this way we avoid unnecessary losses and ensure a uniform temperature throughout the cooking surface.
To facilitate the installation we have mounted in the back side an
attack gas right and left so that the operator can connect the equipment where is most comfortable.
For any assistance simply remove the two screws from the dashboard, pull it out and you will find easy in front of you the parts subject to maintenance without removing the equipment from the seat
where it was placed.
16. Frytop 800.....
In the FRYTOP we use plates with very high thermal efficiency: iron
food use without or with chromium coating.
With the plates in chrome version we do not have heat loss: putting
a hand to 20 cm. of the plate don’t feel warmth, to feel hot I’ll get
closer to about 2 cm.
This will be a big advantage for the cook who does not heat in face
and will not overheat in the workplace.

To facilitate the installation we have mounted in the back side an

The plates can be removed easily with the handles that we supply,
repositioned it with a simple click.
We supply as an optional a splash guard that prevents oil splash to
dirty the area surrounding the equipment.

In the case of electric version we mount wire-wound resistance very
efficient, positioned over the entire cooking surface.
In case of failure of the resistance just remove it and fix a new one
with the screws under the plate.
