Students put the course in the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout entering all of their personal information. Once the order is processed the receipt appears and an email is sent immediately to their email that they provided as their account username.

Student receives a login email immediately after purchase that provides all the information they will need to login to their course. This email also includes information about how billing, tutoring, and student support work.
All courses have a audio/visual component of the instruction. Well respected textbooks are also mapped to course learning objectives and available to students as resources.

Shown is the SMARTHINING process, in Blackboard students simply attach their finished document to the upload area to submit (graders automatically provide feedback and grades thereafter). Feedback is based on rubrics. Note that most of our courses are assessment based only. Only certain courses have additional assignments like Labs or Written assignments. Many do have no-risk, ungraded practice problems however that students can take to master concepts similar to what they will find on graded examinations.

Grading is available once students are logged in. They can see their progress out of the total possible points and their scores as well.
Once a student has successfully completed their course they can login to their account and request for a transcript to be sent to the specific institution that they wish to complete their degree or need their credits sent to. After they submit the request form a course advisor will process the request within 48 hours. Once we send the transcript by delivery that was requested by the student we send the student an email letting them know the date we processed the transcript, the credits that were sent to the school and the institution we sent the students credits to. This is a confirmation email so students understand that we have a. processed their request and b. have sent it to the correct place with the correct credits. We also provide a friendly reminder in here of when the students next billing date is for their monthly subscription (if they are on one) and instructions on how to cancel. We really don’t want students to keep paying if they have completed the course already.
