Managing (or not managing) conflict in organizations is a key behavi.pdf

  1. Managing (or not managing) conflict in organizations is a key behavioral dynamic. How well do you feel organizations manage conflict? Please no copy and paste. Thank you. Solution In an organisation conflicts arises due to many reasons. Conflicts may be between the supervisor & subordinates, employees , workers etc etc. The reasons of conflicts may be insecurity, resistance to changes, unsatisfactory job, differences in viewpoint on a particular subjects, partiality among the employess or workers in the organisations, age gap etc etc & due to many more reasons. In the organisations conflicts can be manged if they are taken positively, A friendly approach is followed. Properly managing conflicts leads the organisation to success. Conflicts also be managed by introducing a grieviance procedure in the organisation i.e. giving another chance the persons. Manger should hear the views of eveyone. In my opinion in the organisations conflicts are managed but not to full. sometimes supervisors feel superior to them & thinks that what they think is correct. They make their subordinates feel low and then the subordinates are not ready to give their 100%. For the success of the organisations conflicts should be managed properly in the organisations.
