Instructions for Safe Installation:
1. Install 5/8" anchor or Lag bolts about 4 to 5" long.
2. PLACEe the safe into the position
Note: The installer should make sure to keep a 5" free space around the safe and to leave at least
2" between the top of the safe and the counter. This will make it easier for the site to replace the
transformer, if it ever fails and the gap at the top is in case the safe ever is replaced, you will have
the room to remove it without having to have counter work done.
3. Once the safe in position, mark the holes for the bolts then pull the safe back out and drill the
holes.
4 Fill holes with non srink grout, set safe back in position and insert the bolts.
5. If problems or questions, stop and telephone Fire King International (FKI) at 800-452-4655 and
follow prompts for assistance. FKI has technicians on duty during the following hours: Monday
through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Eastern Standard Time
(EST).
