I consult with a wide range of businesses, leaders, and teams on how to improve processes and systems, to make the employee and customer/service user experience more effective, productive, inclusive and enjoyable. I often use the arts in my work, as a subjective lens through which to invite inquiry. Connecting people and establishing a sense of community is a vital part of my work. I'm fascinated by people’s inherent creative abilities, and I love working to make it easier for people to explore and be confident with their creativity, and to use this in their work.
