• Your people will remember you - for good or for bad things you do
for them
• The most valuable thing you can do for your team - is to raise their
market value by extending & expanding their capability
• Nobody can do it better you do - not any CDP or RD
• So help them to see broad picture and make deep dives
• Do it with your team - or they will overgrow you
• Especially help them build analytical thinking and courage -
remember, that’s not so much fixed structure in the world around
us :)
