Career History
1985 to 2007 . HM Forces (Army) Royal Artillery
Responsible for the supervisionand well-being of soldiers, ensuring the training of all
personnel is completed in accordance with individual training directives. Managed a
large team in successful multiple tasking situations using proven leadership skills.
Represented Senior Management on a regular basis ensuring the smooth running of
the department is maintained. Produced and delivered briefings/seminars to outside
agencies on a variety of military subjects.
2007 to 2012. Support Worker
Worked as a Support Worker for Cartrefi Cymru supporting people with learning
disabilities to live in their own home and to take an active role in the community.
Created care plans for individual clients using a friendly and caring approach.
