4. Introduction
“Super Toy” is a research carried out to
identify the difficulties of parents in
understanding the child’s language.
This system will help to build a good
connection between the child and the parent

5. Why we chose the project
The main reason for carrying out this project is to combine the three main areas
which is making a huge change, all around the world. The areas are,
Child psychology
Neural networks /voice recognition
Artificial intelligence

6. What are existing
Voice to text:
2002
G.L.Griffith, W.E.Lehder have a patent [08] to communication device which
provides the capability to automatically convert between voice and text
messages.
2003
There is a communication system which connects the hearing user with the
assisted user invented by R.Engelke, K.Colwell, T.Vitek, J.Havens,
K.Grittener, D.Hofstetter, M.Mc Culley [09] .
2004-2012
There are lots of application which support voice to text conversion.for
Android [3], windows 7[4],for Hindi [5] and for iphones [6].

7. What is existing
Child Monitoring Systems:
In 1992, [1] There were several books which gave the knowledge for the parents
in monitoring the children [10]
There was a patent [11] for child monitoring system which will recognise the
child’s voice within a certain distance only.
In 2002, [12] A child monitoring system including a combination bracelet and
camera transmitting assembly
In 2012, The present invention provides the child monitoring system with the
GPS facility. [13] The system will keep on sending messages to the mother about
the child’s activities.

10. Research Problem
There is no existing system such as what we have planned to
create.
There are methods to convert text into a voice.
There are methods to convert voice into text.
The major problem is, there is no system in the market, which
would be able to convert the voice of a small child, into a text.

17. Summary
As we mentioned before, there are yet to come child monitoring systems in
near future. But at present, the available child monitoring systems doesn't cover
the following three together
*AI
*child psychology
*Neural network.
Proposed system will cover all these three area to convert the child voice into
a text, which is also not available currently.
Therefore, we can make sure that the proposed system will be useful for the
working parents.
