However, we take it one step further by matching the right material to your project so you are getting a great look at a
great price. Plus, EnVision Packaging has several “Green” options that can tell a sustainable story right on the package
with little to no cost impact.
Highly versatile material used for many
converted product applications. Sheet
is ideal for printing, including litho,
screen, flexo and digital.
2nd Genesis is extruded polyethylene
sheet made from reclaimed milk jugs
which can be converted into packaging
applications. Same print qualities as
regular polyethylene.
A “clear” choice for transparent
packaging. These sheets are brilliantly
clear and exceptionally glossy allowing
the consumer to see the products
inside. Sheets print beautifully.
Many of the same characteristics as PE
and the sheets are ideal for converted
product applications, PP can be made
completely transparent.
Bio-Degradable Polyethylene
& Polypropylene
The additive in BioPoly causes the plastic to biodegrade
through a series of chemical and biological processes when
in a land-fill. ASTM D5511 tests that represent biologically
active landfills done on representative products have
typically shown up to 11.4% biodegradation within 115
days. As all the same print and converting characteristics
of regular PE and PP.
This material was developed as a back-
lit signage application. This high-temp
light box material is an economical
alternative from more expensive
polycarbonates.
The material is ideal for offset, digital and screening
printing. It is very durable and won’t crack, warp or
yellow in the sun.

Design Engineering
We can assist with those innovative prototype developments through our Design
Engineers who are responsible for creating custom products to fit your exact
needs. Our Product Engineering staff can take your product concepts and
develop them into a working design to be completed in our manufacturing
facility. With our state-of-the-art CAD software we have the ability to show a
design via a PDF or Video of a raw structural design without graphics or with
graphics in 3D animation with a 360-degree view. For those unique custom
designs, we can provide a computer aided design (CAD) sample that will provide
visual inspection of your creative idea.
