eye strain take breaks so not sat at the computer for ages
back pain make sure sat properly to prevent it
cramp in hands take breaks to stop typing to stop this
migraines or other illnesses take a break to get some food and a drink to
stay hydrated and not hungry
dead legs or pins and needles or build up of
lactic acid.
take a break and go for a walk to get some
fresh air and get the blood pumping around the
body.
Trip hazard make sure all wires are taped down to the floor
