• Travel to Amsterdam for update basic
aircraft knowledge
Two day training:
•Day 1- Update basic aircraft knowledge
•Day 2- presentations from departments.
Plus:
•Participants see the person they are
dealing with.
Minus
•Due to jetlag less attention
•Costly
•Loss of productivity, due to travelling
Costs:
•Hotel accommodation
•Tickets for non KLM staff,
occupying seat commercial passenger
•Daily Allowance.
•Loss of productivity,
•Travel time 3 days for Singapore Amsterdam v.v.
•Time of the presenters, beside regular work

Real costs 300.000,-€
Number of participants: approx. 200
