BlueButton On FHIR Presentation to Attachments Work Group at HL7 Meeting Jan 2016

An overview of the CMS BlueButton On FHIR initiative and how it builds on work done by the HL7 Financial Management Work Group in defining the ExplanationOfBenefit Resource for inclusion in the DSTU2.1 release of the FHIR Specification and covering the proposed Pre-Oauth Entity Trust (POET) API that will be available as a prototype at the April 1-2 HealthDataPalooza FHIR Code-a-thon.
