CEO’s Message
On the business front, we are proud to announce that we
have been mandated with the facilities management and
guest relations responsibilities of Embassy Group’s flagship
luxury project, Embassy ONE at the gateway to North
Bangalore. Additionally we are now the facilities
management partner of Embassy’ residential project in
Chennai - Embassy Residency.
At Embassy Services, the safety of our team, clients and
partners is paramount. A recent First Aid training
programme held at Embassy Manyata was held to better
equip all participants in handling medical emergencies.
As with previous years, this year too, we celebrated India’s
69th Independence Day with great fervour as befitting the
occasion.
It is always a great motivation to be lauded by our clients
and business associates for a job well done. In this
newsletter the ‘WOW Services’ page features testimonials of
our clients’ appreciation towards Embassy Services.
Hope you enjoy reading this newsletter as we look forward

It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that Embassy
Services has received the ISO IMS certification for ISO 9001,
14001 and 18001 after a rigorous three month audit by
BSI, a professional certification body. That we are the first
developer-owned property management company to do so
is another matter of pride.We are committed to the diligent
processes which enable us to deliver high quality service to
our clients across the portfolio.
The 69th Indian Independence Day was celebrated with
great fervour across our properties. This time every year, is
when we step back and call to mind those who have
sacrificed their lives for the freedom of our country.
INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS
AT EMBASSY MANYATA
This celebration witnessed a gathering of more than 1500
participants from our partner and client community. Post the
flag hoisting, there were several fun competitions such as
rangoli making, lemon race and the slow cycling race.

EMBASSY SERVICES AND FOUR OF OUR PROPERTIES
AWARDED ISO CERTIFICATION
Embassy Services is proud to announce that we have been
awarded the ISO IMS certification - ISO 9001:2008, ISO
14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 for our property
management services as well as four of our properties –
Embassy Manyata, Embassy TechVillage, Embassy
TechZone and Stonehill International School. This is the first
time in India, that a property management company and
the properties in its portfolio simultaneously receive the ISO
certification.
As a service organization, we have always focused on
ensuring that customer needs are met at all times. This
requires us to have robust processes in the background, thus
enabling the property management wheel to run smoothly
and consistently.
These certifications are validations of our effort, and through
these we once again assure operational excellence to our
clients.
ISO 9001:2008 is an international
standard related to the quality
management system, applicable to
any organization from all types of
business sectors and activities.
ISO 14001:2004 sets out the criteria
for an environment management
system and can be certified to. It maps
out a framework that a company or
organization can follow to set up an
effective environment management
system.
OHSAS 18001:2007 is an Occupation
Health and Safety Assessment Series
for health and safety management
systems. It is intended to help an
organization control occupational
health and safety risks.

CONSECUTIVE HORTICULTURE AWARD
TURNING DRY WASTE TO WEALTH WITH COGNIZANT
TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS
Embassy Services won the award for the Best
Ornamental Garden at the Mysore
Horticulture Society garden competition held
in January 2015 at Lalbagh Botanical
Gardens. We received this award for
excellence in landscaping, while facing stiff
competition from more than 89 private and
government organizations. The award, won
by us for the 4th consecutive year, bears
testimony to the efforts put in by our team over
the years in ensuring a beautiful and serene
environment for our park users.
Embassy Services, in partnership with Building Blocks
and Cognizant Technology Solutions, initiated a dry
waste collection drive, thus encouraging the employ-
ees to donate dry waste from their homes
and office spaces. The money received by

Embassy Group launched the much-awaited prestigious
new project Embassy ONE. This integrated development will
feature the world-renowned Four Seasons Hotel and India’s
first Four Seasons Private Residences besides
international-grade office space, boutique retail and dining
avenues. Embassy ONE is strategically located at the
gateway to North Bangalore which is the new hub of
commercial and real estate activity.
Embassy Services has been mandated with the facilities

Thank you for your unstinted support over the years.
Embassy Residency, Chennai is the first residential property
of the Embassy Group outside Bangalore. The Embassy
Residency Apartment Owner’s Association on-boarded
Embassy Services as the property manager for this
apartment complex spread over 25 acres.
The facilities at Embassy Residency include a swimming
pool, gym and a multipurpose hall in the phase 1 (496) of
the 2482 unit-strong apartment complex. The phase 2 will
be handed over in 2016. Residents of Embassy Residency
now have access to Embassy 360, the Embassy Services
Helpdesk, for quick redressal of issues, if any.
selling over150 kgs of dry waste that was collected is to be
used for the primary education of children at Building

WOW SERVICES
SUPPORTING WELLS FARGO FOR A SMOOTH
TRANSITION AT EMBASSY TECHVILLAGE
At 4:45 am on Saturday, 5th Sep 15 the shift engineer at
Block 1.6 (Embassy TechZone, Pune), currently occupied by
‘Atos India Private Limited’ received a call requesting support
to extinguish a fire in the pantry on the second floor. The
engineer on duty quickly alerted the duty electrician and
switched off the AHU for that floor. Upon reaching the floor it
was found that the fire was extinguished but the area was
completely filled with thick smoke being emitted from the
overheated oil which was the reason for the fire.
The security team from Atos had informed the Hinjewadi Fire
Brigade at 4:50 am. Being a weekend, Atos had limited staff.
The Embassy Services staff guided the fire brigade to the
scene of the fire. They also provided them with detailed floor
plans. The fire team then thoroughly searched the floor for
any possible traces of fire and advised for smoke clearance.
By this time smoke had completely filled the entire floor and
was quite rapidly spreading to the other floors.
Realising the gravity of the situation, the Embassy Services
team evacuated the 500 odd employees working on the floor
at that time. Fire officials had advised for smoke clearance
which was becoming a major hurdle as the façade had
limited openable windows. An extra façade on the floor was
broken for faster smoke clearance. Rising temperatures in
adjacent areas on the floor had resulted in the melting of

possible without the hard work of you and your team. It was not an easy task
to replace the H.T VCB in a single day along with the Hi-POT test. Great
Job!!

some electrical equipment on the floor. The team also
rigged up hoses for cooling of the adjacent areas.
The entire floor was without power. Our team also helped
in restoring power with the Atos technicians and rigged
up exhaust fans. The Embassy Services team managed to
completely free the floor from smoke by 7:15 am.

Additionally we are now the facilities management partner of Embassy’ residential project in Chennai - Embassy Residency. At Embassy Services, the safety of our team, clients and partners is paramount. A recent First Aid training programme held at Embassy Manyata was held to better equip all participants in handling medical emergencies. As with previous years, this year too, we celebrated India’s 69th Independence Day with great fervour as befitting the occasion. It is always a great motivation to be lauded by our clients and business associates for a job well done. The 69th Indian Independence Day was celebrated with great fervour across our properties. This time every year, is when we step back and call to mind those who have sacrificed their lives for the freedom of our country. INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS AT EMBASSY MANYATA This celebration witnessed a gathering of more than 1500 participants from our partner and client community. Embassy Services CEO, Pradeep Lala receives the ISO Certificate SPOTLIGHT EMBASSY SERVICES AND FOUR OF OUR PROPERTIES AWARDED ISO CERTIFICATION Embassy Services is proud to announce that we have been awarded the ISO IMS certification - ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 for our property management services as well as four of our properties – Embassy Manyata, Embassy TechVillage, Embassy TechZone and Stonehill International School. This is the first time in India, that a property management company and the properties in its portfolio simultaneously receive the ISO certification. As a service organization, we have always focused on ensuring that customer needs are met at all times. This requires us to have robust processes in the background, thus enabling the property management wheel to run smoothly and consistently. These certifications are validations of our effort, and through these we once again assure operational excellence to our clients. ISO 9001:2008 is an international standard related to the quality management system, applicable to any organization from all types of business sectors and activities. ISO 14001:2004 sets out the criteria for an environment management system and can be certified to. It maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environment management system. OHSAS 18001:2007 is an Occupation Health and Safety Assessment Series for health and safety management systems. It is intended to help an organization control occupational health and safety risks. EMBASSY SERVICES WINS 4TH CONSECUTIVE HORTICULTURE AWARD TURNING DRY WASTE TO WEALTH WITH COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS Embassy Services won the award for the Best Ornamental Garden at the Mysore Horticulture Society garden competition held in January 2015 at Lalbagh Botanical Gardens. We received this award for excellence in landscaping, while facing stiff competition from more than 89 private and government organizations. The award, won by us for the 4th consecutive year, bears testimony to the efforts put in by our team over the years in ensuring a beautiful and serene environment for our park users. Embassy Services, in partnership with Building Blocks and Cognizant Technology Solutions, initiated a dry waste collection drive, thus encouraging the employ- ees to donate dry waste from their homes and office spaces. The money received by EMBASSY ONE LAUNCHED EMBASSY IS AMONG INDIA’S TOP 3 IN REAL ESTATE Embassy Group launched the much-awaited prestigious new project Embassy ONE. This integrated development will feature the world-renowned Four Seasons Hotel and India’s first Four Seasons Private Residences besides international-grade office space, boutique retail and dining avenues. Embassy ONE is strategically located at the gateway to North Bangalore which is the new hub of commercial and real estate activity. Embassy Services has been mandated with the facilities management and guest relations functions for this new venture. EMBASSY RESIDENCY’S PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WITH EMBASSY SERVICES NEWS ROUND-UP Embassy has been ranked among the top 3 real estate brands in India, in the 2015 edition of India’s Best Companies To Work For rankings - an annual study by Great Place To Work® Institute and The Economic Times. Thank you for your unstinted support over the years. Embassy Residency, Chennai is the first residential property of the Embassy Group outside Bangalore. The Embassy Residency Apartment Owner’s Association on-boarded Embassy Services as the property manager for this apartment complex spread over 25 acres. The facilities at Embassy Residency include a swimming pool, gym and a multipurpose hall in the phase 1 (496) of the 2482 unit-strong apartment complex. The phase 2 will be handed over in 2016. Residents of Embassy Residency now have access to Embassy 360, the Embassy Services Helpdesk, for quick redressal of issues, if any. selling over150 kgs of dry waste that was collected is to be used for the primary education of children at Building Blocks. AQUARIUZ WOW SERVICES SUPPORTING WELLS FARGO FOR A SMOOTH TRANSITION AT EMBASSY TECHVILLAGE At 4:45 am on Saturday, 5th Sep 15 the shift engineer at Block 1.6 (Embassy TechZone, Pune), currently occupied by ‘Atos India Private Limited’ received a call requesting support to extinguish a fire in the pantry on the second floor. The engineer on duty quickly alerted the duty electrician and switched off the AHU for that floor. Upon reaching the floor it was found that the fire was extinguished but the area was completely filled with thick smoke being emitted from the overheated oil which was the reason for the fire. The security team from Atos had informed the Hinjewadi Fire Brigade at 4:50 am. Being a weekend, Atos had limited staff. The Embassy Services staff guided the fire brigade to the scene of the fire. They also provided them with detailed floor plans. The fire team then thoroughly searched the floor for any possible traces of fire and advised for smoke clearance. By this time smoke had completely filled the entire floor and was quite rapidly spreading to the other floors. Realising the gravity of the situation, the Embassy Services team evacuated the 500 odd employees working on the floor at that time. Fire officials had advised for smoke clearance which was becoming a major hurdle as the façade had limited openable windows. An extra façade on the floor was broken for faster smoke clearance. Rising temperatures in adjacent areas on the floor had resulted in the melting of “Honestly it was a remarkable job and the same couldn't have been made possible without the hard work of you and your team. It was not an easy task to replace the H.T VCB in a single day along with the Hi-POT test. Great Job!! We really appreciate the fact, that things moved smoothly despite your team being quite busy with the rectification process, coupled with constant calls from me to understand the situation and discuss back-up plans to provide the power without any major hiccups. The enthusiasm and energy with which they respond to any request is very reassuring. We had made small requests to them during the fit-out stage of Incubation 1 and the speed with which they responded and got the job done was commendable. Nagaraj Naik and Murugan from the facilities team and Manjunath and Raghavendra from security require a special mention for the manner in which they have taken on and completed every request from us. The team also rigged up hoses for cooling of the adjacent areas. The entire floor was without power. Our team also helped in restoring power with the Atos technicians and rigged up exhaust fans.
