   Embraer’s Engineering Specialization Program (PEE) provides for an intensive
   training in aeronautical technologies, and requires from the participants full-time
   dedication.

   The profile required from the engineer in such a technology-intensive market
   includes not only the highest technical qualifications, but also the ability to blend
   into project teams and work in partnership, which demands the development of
   individual, interpersonal and business skills.
