Place in at least 300 points of sale (*) a corner in which is installed a device able to
perform a test on the client to the load measuring postural; on the basis of data
collected from the device, there will be a special insole to put in your shoes, designed
to correct disorders of balance and gait.
The medical device / diagnostic object is the ideal solution for those who treat
diseases that involve disturbances of gait and balance. Consists of a platform that
pressure through the static and dynamic measurement of plantar pressure and forces
allows to perform a functional analysis of the way. With the acquired data, the system
provides all the space-time parameters needed to make a diagnosis or define a
treatment in an objective and quantified.
The device in question is not a gadget but a diagnostic device, tested and in use at
prestigious clinics around the world, and of which the patented company has the
exclusive sales.
The device is an intuitive and easy to use. The speed of execution of the tests, which
do not require any preparation of the subject, and automatic report generation printing,
making the unit suitable for a wide range of applications.

5. BUSINESS PROPOSAL
The commercial offer includes fitting "turnkey" in the corner inside the store: design and layout of the

spaces dedicated supply of the medical device (platform).
The cost for setting up a "turnkey" of a corner is Euro xxxxxx for at least 300 units)
The offer includes: system (platform), software and hardware, custom corner, 2 half days of initial
training and support of Level 1 for the first 12 months.
Excluding any civil works.
The assistance and the subsequent maintenance will be remunerated through a yearly management
fee equal to 12% of the total cost of construction of the corner.
Exclusive: Yes, if under contract by xxxxxxxxxx. Validity: 10 days.

The total amount of the initial investment for setting up a "turnkey" of at least 300 points of

sale (*) amounted to Euro xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The industrial cost for the production of a pair of insoles is equal to 20 €, the assumption
of applying a sale price to the public of € 40 per pair of insoles, it will be sufficient the
sale of 100,000 pieces to reach the break-even point investment.
The timing of the preparation of the corner "turnkey" are estimated at 10.8 weeks from
date of order.
