  17. 17. The New Journey
  18. 18. The New Journey: Before the Summit ● Aysa gets an email from YGA about the Summit “Hey, we’re going to host this amazing event. We need students just like you! There will be limited spots so you need to apply quickly. First step is to download our app. Your journey is waiting for you in the app.” ● Aysa downloads the app and applies for the event “Yaaaaay! You journey has begun and you earned a feather! We will notify you when we know if you are being selected for the summit!” ● Aysa is waiting in excitement for the news ● Aysa gets a notification on her App “Congratulation Aysa! You are one of the lucky ones who got a spot at the Summit” ● Aysa gets a notification about tips from previous participants ● Notification about the speakers: “Be aware about this person - see videos of his/her work” ● Notification before the summit: “Things to remember to bring”
  19. 19. The New Journey: During the Summit (1) Beginning of the summit: ● Ayşa is getting a notification from the app reminding her to be there in good time “Hi Ayşa, become an early bird (get a badge) if you arrive to the summit two hours before it all begins, you will get a badge and earn coins which you can use on merchandise. We can’t wait to meet you” ● Ayşa is arriving at the summit early, and the app allows her to check in. ● Ayşa checks in 2,5 hour before the Summit begins. (she gets a badge in the app). ● Ayşa needs to kill time. She look at her phone and a notification from YGA is checking in: “Play human bingo and win stuff!!”
  20. 20. The New Journey: During the Summit (2) ● At the first talk, Ayşa has a question, but doesn’t want to interrupt the speaker and make attention on herself ● After a while Ayşa noticed that other students are asking questions through the app which the speaker is answering ● She opens the app, and chose to ask anonymous through the live q&a feature in the YGApp. When making the question through the app she feels very confident and comfortable because she doesn't need to make focus on herself. She can ask whatever she want without feeling stupid. ● Ayşa sees her question on the screen behind the speaker, and realises that the other participants at the summit are responding to her question with a like (acknowledgement) through their own app. This means that her question is being uprated at the screen. ● Ayşa is feeling more confident on her question, and at the same time the speaker choose to answer her question because it is in top five of the most acknowledges questions.
  21. 21. The New Journey: After the Summit ● After the summit, Ayşa receives a notification from YGApp saying that if she gets three friends to download the app and make a profile, she will get a engagement-badge with which she can call herself an YGAmbassador on her CV. ● Ayşa receive a video from the director of YGA: “Hello! You are now a YGAmbassador - congratulation! Stay in touch with us at this app. Each month we will provide you with a video with tips and tricks on how to safe…” ● Increase your chances to be chosen as volunteer next Summit if you keep collecting feathers
  22. 22. Teşekkürler! Any Questions?
