  2. competent leadership and putting God First – Our Supreme Inventor and Creator above all regardless of faith, belief, religion, cultures and tradition. CORE OBJECTIVES AND VALUES: 1. To support the Aboriginal Sovereign Government of The United States of North America, in the Family of Nations thrust of forward and enhanced technological advancement in Asiatic Black America and the World. A local non-profit organization with genuine drive for providing concrete cost effective and cost efficient solution in industry collaboration that will contribute to economic development by 2020 onwards. 2. All young Nahua, regardless of belief and religion, developing minds and gifted to gain free access to highly and technologically advanced facilities in Information Technology (Data Base), Scientific Research and Development laboratories, to technology incubation cell that will be built and located throughout intercities in USNA. 3. To provide enhanced technological training, education and development support for young scientist and inventors in affiliation and collaboration with public and private schools, colleges and universities in the country. 4. To provide assistance and source funding support for nobel research, innovations and techniques that requires prototypes to simultaneous commercial production 5. Protection of young individual’s mindscape against irresponsible exploitation of their Intellectual Properties.
  3. 6. The organization will fortify and continually build a strong and well informed network of organized young scientist and members within the entire USNA. Orient, train, educate, solidify camaraderie and nationalism in whatever perspective of culture and tradition, and to continue to support and sustain the passion for responsible technological advancement. 7. To lead each members in the right discipline and direction of technology development that is truly acceptable, noble and rewarding not only for the purpose of one’s education and achievements, but to protect as well and secure the preservation of our planet earth environ and human inhabitants against climate change. 8. To help support members (young and new generations) well-off or not; rich or poor to achieve their interest over their brilliant undeveloped technical endeavors. 9. To continually find ways and means to sustain financially and further raise finances for the maintenance of the facilities, program and activities of every member. 10. To eventually uplift the socio-economic status of individual members family by sourcing to facilitate direct or indirectly basic human needs such as jobs; job assistance;’ decent shelter, benefits-health program; hospitalization; burial; access to free education and scholarship. 11. To assist members (for Financial and Technical aspect) on project development activities by organization’s support for project due diligence,
  4. evaluation to re-evaluation; assessment to further re- assessment; validations to re-validations; and confirmations to re-confirmations of research technical data prior to prototyping and commercial production of inventions. . 12. To implement and impart continual basic scientific training for free; members information; occupational safety, provide data base system; research and project; create science clubs in schools and universities all fair and equal, and assistance for sourcing of venture capitalist and industry collaboration based on justified gains, sharing and distributions of developed and commercialized technology. 13. To provide other future basic services necessary for every members, 14. To impart members firm policies and procedures of being an active member abiding the USNA laws to achieve successful Nobel project innovations and development. 15. The organization that can act as project management and consultant when necessary. 16. Finding ways and means to kept abreast to collaborate with the international community of innovators and inventors societies and organizations, by keeping the organization members and the entire nation updated with the fast tract emissions of new age technologies. 17. To be a new country player generator in developing powerful start-ups in Information Technology by 2020 and an advocate in Renewable energies by focusing prime research for noble renewable power technology.

To assist and envisioned to be a strong organization on possible special accreditation mandate by the USNA government in the field of education and technological research and innovations as initiative in its share for enhanced USNA economic development by 2020 onwards. DESIRED OBJECTIVE STRENGTH: 1. Seek accreditation as one of our country’s non- governmental, non-profit and privately funded organization functioning independently to assist the government in educational technological advancement without self- vested interest, and to see to it that the government has its fair and non-corrupt interest and intervention with regards to the independent lawful activities, projects and programs of the organization. 2. Acquire accreditation from concerned government agencies, etc. 3. Seek “sponsor” from congress for a “Bill” to be passed that will revised the IPO RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, to support and protect young inventors and innovators noble technologies for development. WHO WOULD BE MEMBERS? The membership are open to young and old with recommendations or endorsements from school, colleges, universities being “Science Club Member” and organization or industry (academes, professionals and industry professionals) Priority membership will be given to students or out of school youth age starting at 5 years old to 21 years old.
  6. Out of school Youth must be organized in clustered group of 5 and has recommendation and certification of good moral character. An indigents is a plus factor. And, on 2nd year onwards, AYSID USNA to source sponsors – adapt a “brilliant kid” from private individuals, parents, academes, sponsors and donors.

SUB –ORGANIZATIONAL (AYSID CLUBS) NETWORK STRATEGY Web and Social Media Site Information of AYSID and the indirect invitation to interested Science Clubs of Schools for affiliation; New Club Organization to be pivoted or established by a teacher, professor or a professional; and student leaders and Science advocates. A Club subsidy will be provided for Two (2) years only, and the succeeding consecutive years will be from sponsors and donors facilitated by AYSID. AYSID YEARLY PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES AND FREE SUPPORT SERVICE: 1. 1ST Year to 2nd Year of Operations of AYSID Clubs (from schools: Primary, Senior High, Colleges and Universities) will be supported by AYSID, USNA to participate in the government support yearly activities and program science advocacy such the DOST, TESDA, TLRC 2. On the 3rd Year: AYSID will establish the LAUNCHING of the yearly – AYSID, USNA Schools, AYSID Clubs Exhibitions of Inventions, Techniques and Innovations (A nationwide competitions of all Schools and Universities with AYSID Clubs for Scientific and Noble Inventions and Innovations in collaboration with Industry Solutions; Schools will have delegates to the exposition and conventions) 3. Yearly recognition of Outstanding AYSID Clubs: (1) Schools, (2) Mentors, (3) Club Officers (4) Top Young Scientist and Innovators Awards with Incentives 4.Every 2 years AYSID Conventions and conference (AYSID CLUB MEMBERS)
