The survey found that while most teachers and schools want to adopt eLearning to improve teaching and learning, the current school IT infrastructure is not ready to support eLearning. Specifically, most schools lack sufficient WiFi networks, broadband connectivity, and technical support staff to implement eLearning. Therefore, investments are needed to upgrade school IT systems before eLearning can be widely adopted.
