3. Your throne, O Lord, is like a fiery flame
Daniel 7:9
“As I looked, “thrones were set in place, and the
Ancietn of Days took his seat, His clothing was as
white as snow; the hair of his head was white like
wool, His throne was flaming with fire, and its
wheels were all ablaze.
This prayer is showing us the splender of God
and His power before us, the world, and the
powers of darkness.

5. You are the God that answers by fire
1 Kings 18:24
Then you call on the name of your god, and I will
call on the name of the Lord. the god who answers
by fire-he is God.
When God answers false gods he does so with
fire and a righteous anger and burning

7. A fire goes before You, O Lord, and burns up Your
enemies.
Psalm 97:3
Fire goes before him and consumes his foes on
every side.
God uses fire to consume the works of the devil.

9. Lord, release Your fire and burn up the works of
darkness.
We can request that the Lord would burn any works
of the evil and wicked spirits.

11. Baptize me with the Holy Ghost and fire
Luke 3:16
John answered them all, “I baptize you with water.
But one more powerful then I will come, the thongs
of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. H will
baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
We can request that God would send His Holy
Spirit upon us with the power of God to battle
the enemy and to do the good works that God
has set for us to do.

13. Let Your fire be in my hands to heal the sick and cast out
devils.
We can ask that God would give us the same power
that Jesus had to heal the sick and cast out evil spirits

15. Let Your fire burn in my eyes, my heart, my belly, my
mouth, and my feet.
We can ask that God would give us the power of the
Holy Spirit over all areas of our body.

17. Let your fire be in my tongue to preach and prophecy.
We can ask that God would put the fire of God in our
mouth so we can preach the Gospel and go on the
offensive before the kingdom of Satan.

19. I receive tongues of fire.
We can pray to recieve the gifts of tongues to pray to
God, to worship God, and to speak directly to the evil
and wicked spirits.

21. Let Your Word be preached with fire
Jeremiah 23:29
“Is not my word like fire,” declares the Lord, and
like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?
We can pray that when God’s word is preached,
that it would be powerful and would be able to
stand the foundation of the enemy.

23. Make me a minister of fire
Hebrews 1:7
In speaking of the angels eh says, “He makes his
angels winds, his servents flames of fire.”
We can pray that when we preach we have the
same fire when God speaks.

25. Deliver me with Your fire
Psalm 18:13
The Lord thundered from heaven; the voice of the
Most High resonded.
We can ask that God would deliver us with His
power from the enemy.

27. Let your fire protect me and cover me
Exodus 14:24
During the last watch of the night the Lord looked
down from the pillar of fire and cloud at the
Egyptian army and threw it into confusion.
When we are under attack from the enemy we
can ask that God would send his power to
protect and confuse the enemy.

29. I release the fire of God to burn up the idols of the land
Deuteronomy 7:5
This is what you are to do to them:Break down
their altars, smash their sacred stones, cut down
their Asherah poles and burn their idols in the fire.
We can pray that idols that are in the land would
be destroyed and burned so that people can
return to God.

31. Let the works of witchcraft and occultism be burned in
Your fire
Acts 19:19
A number who had practiced sorcery brought their
scrolls together and burned them publicly. When
they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total
came to fifty thousand drachmas.
We can pray that anthing from the occult would
be burned... including by the very people
practicing the dark acts.

33. Purify my life with your fire
Malachi 3:2
But who can endure the day of his coming? Who
can stand when he appears? For he will be like a
refiners' fire or a launderer’s soap.
We can ask that God would use His power to
cleanse us before Him.

35. Let Your fire be released in Zion
Isaiah 31:9
Their stronghold will fall because of terror; at sight
of the battle standard their commanders will panic,”
declares the Lord, whose fire is in Zion, whose
furnace is in Jerusalem.
We can ask that the power of God would be
releaed before the enemy and they woudl be in a
panic as it comes on them.

37. Let the spirits of lust and perversion be destroyed with
Your fire
Genesis 19:24
Then the Lord rained down burning sulfur on
Sodom and Gomorrah-from the Lord out of the
heavens.
When we are confronted by a spirit(s) of lust and
perversion, we can pray that God would release
His powers and burn these spirits.

39. Release the spirit of burning to burn up the works of
darkness

thrown into the fire, into miry pits, never to rise.
When a demon who is being unsubmissive before
us and the power of Christ we hold, we can
request that God would send burning coals to
put pressure on them... and if they still will not
submit we can just ask that God would send
angels to throw them into Hell.

44. Let Your glory kindle a burning like the burning of a fire
Isaiah 10:16
Therefore, the Lord, the Lord Almighty, will send a
wasting disease upon his sturdy warriors; under his
pomp a fire will be kindled like a blazing flame
When we are confronting the enemy we can pray
that God’s glory would be revealed on the
demons and that they would know who God is
and of His power.

46. Cause Your glorious voice to be heard. Show lightning
down Your arm with a flame of devouring fire, with
scattering, tempest, and hailstones
Isaiah 30:30
The Lord will cause men to hear his majestic voice
and will make them see his arm coming down with
raging anger and consuming fire, with cloudburst,
thunderstorm and hail.
We can pray that God would reveal His power
through the weather before people and the
enemy.

48. Let Babylon be as stubble, and let Your fire burn them.
Let them not be able to deliver themselves fromt he
power of the flame
Isaiah 47:14
Surely they are like stubble; the fire will burn them
up. They cannot even save themselves from the
power of the flame. Here are no coals to warn
anyone, here is no fire to sit by.
We can request that cities under demonic rule
would have the demons burned and be cut off
from the city so that the city would know the
true God.

50. Lord, come and rebuke your enemies with flames of fire
Isaiah 66:15
You will leave your name to my chosen ones as a
curse; the Sovereign Lord will put you to death, ut
to his servants he will give another name.
We can request that God would rebuke un-
submissive spirits and show His power to them.

52. Let all flesh see Your fire released
Ezekiel 20:48
Everyone will see that I the Lord have kindled it: it
will not be quenched.
We can pray that people would see God and
know of his power

54. Create upon Zion a flaming fire by night
Isaiah 4:5
Then the Lord will create over all of Mount Zion
and over those who assemble there a cloud of
smoke by dayand a glow of flaming fire by night;
over all the glory will be a canopy.
We can ask that God’s power would be revealed
in our city, and that those worshiping God would
recognize God.

56. Let the fire of Your presence be released in my life
Psalm 97:5
The mountains melt like wax before the Lord,
before all of the earth
We can pray that God’s prescence and power
would be released in our life.

58. Let demons be exposed and cast out with Your fire
Acts 28:3
Paul gathered a pile of brushwood and as he put it
on the fire, a viper driven out by the heat fastened
itself on his hand.
When we encounter the enemy we can pray that
they would be exposed and cast out with the
power of God

60. Release Your hot Thunderbolts against the enemy
Psalm 78:48
He gave over their cattle to the hail and their
livestock to bolts of lightning
When we are under demonic attack we can ask
that God would strike at them with lightning.

62. Cast forth lightning, and scatter the enemy
Psalm 144:6
Send forth lightning and scatter the enemies; shoot
arrows and rout them.
When we are confronted by the enemy we can
request that angels would come after them.

64. Let Your light be for a fire, and Your Holy One for a
flame to burn the briers and thorns in my life
Isaiah 10:17
The light of Israel will become a fire, their Holy
One a flame; in a single day it will burn and
consume thorns and his briers.
We can ask that God would destroy strongholds
and ways we have allowed the enemy to enter
into our lives.
