choose to not to include any support footer in your email

▪ Log in to your site admin panel with your log in id and password
▪ Under the ‘Manage’ tab select ‘notifications’

▪ Select the ‘notification settings’ button on the top right of the page

▪ Once you have selected ‘Notification’ you will be directed to the
notification setting page
▪ Make sure you are on the ‘Support Footers’ tab by clicking on it

▪ You will see a ‘Create a new custom support footer’ box
▪ In this box, type the content for the footer that you want to add
▪ Name your footer. So you can find it easily
▪ Click ‘Create’ to add the footer which can be used to in your email
notification triggers

edit
▪ For example you want to edit footer 2, then click on the ‘edit’ link to
make changes according to your requirements
