A litre and a half of milk
1 glass of rice
1 glass of sugar
Cinnamon

First Step
Put the milk in the saucepan.

Second Step
When the milk is boiling, add the rice,
the sugar and the stick of cinnamon.

Third Step
Then mix them together. When it starts to boil
again put the cover on, and wait 15 min.

Fourth Step
Finally serve in cups and sprinkle with cinnamon
