when the crisis hits, your main concern is You - 

take care of your health and family now.

We’re all inclined to hope that all bad shall pass.
And we build our business plans based on the
assumption that the difficult times will go eventually.
NOWell, the truth is that the crisis is the new rules of the
game, and it may very well happen it shall never pass.
The companies that understand that usually survive.

Revise your business model to stay profitable 

in the conditions of the crisis.
Transition to a different business model if necessary.

It takes very little to make one happy.
Sometimes, it’s just a basket of fresh fruit.
Other times, it’s a walk or run in the nearby park.
Especially, while the sun rises.
Nothing makes one happier than some interaction
with playful puppies.

Learn to
enjoy
simple
things.
It is time to remember which simple things make 

you genuinely happy and forget the luxury.

the way - to spend money or not, to keep a branch

The best tool to make the right choice is to simply
answer the question why do you need it?
If you feel one simple answer is not enough, cut it.

Most entrepreneurs take the “fair” route and distribute
evenly the pressure among all employees.

the contract with the others.
