RECOMMENDATIONS

   Short and Medium term

   • Form an agency to protect women
   • Impose severe punishment on
     rapists
   • Offer consultations for women to
     cope with psychological issues
   • Enforce the law to protect women
   • Provide education:
      o For women
      o New ways to do farming (livelihood)
RECOMMENDATIONS

     Long term

     • Again, create equal rights
        – Provide mandatory primary
          education for all children

        – Equality: land ownership

     • Mainstream women in target
       national program (Ex: micro
       financing program)
