1. “Cybersecurity: Preparing the Workforce”
Hosted by Keio University & Sasakawa USA

This conference will explore the human talent component of Cybersecurity, focusing on education, training, and use
cases of InterNational Cyber Security Center of Excellence (INCS-CoE), while discussing exciting innovative
technology and policy. The plenary sessions will provide the audience an opportunity to hear from respected
governmental, industry, and academic sector leaders on issues such as nation-state collaboration, the key elements of a
corporate cybersecurity practice, and the role that former government hackers can play in assisting industry. The
second half of each day will be parallel sessions, dedicated to more in-depth and exciting workshops on a range of
topics from CISO roles and responsibilities to the best use-cases shared by our INCS-CoE, and more.

2. 『国際間サイバーセキュリティ「人財」のエコシステムへ向けて』
－「人材」から「人財」へ －

第 4 回本カンファレンスでは、サイバーセキュリティの有能な人材確保に焦点を当て、教育、演習、
InterNational Cyber Security Center of Excellence (INCS-CoE) ユースケースを議論し、技術や政策について活
発で前向きな意見を交わす。午前の全体会議では、政府機関、業界、大学の分野ごとのトップリーダーが国
家間でどのように協力するか、企業内資産を守るための Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) チームにお
いて鍵となる要素とは何か、海外の国家安全保障に係わった経験者が業界でその役割をどう担っているかを
議論する。午後のパラレルセッションでは、INCS-CoEユースケース、CISO の責任と役割等の白熱したワ
ークショップを実施する。
