It is what you think inside and outside and how this push- pull relationship affects the other Dynamics
  5. 5.  Choice /Change Dynamic o Allows you to take control of your choices, and not be a victim of the change life is going to give you anyway. You have the power to choose every second of your life, and forge the changes that you want, rather than simply reacting to those changes that are the inevitable processes of life
  6. 6.  Attitude/Risk Dynamic o Helps you be better at understanding how to find your own tolerance for risk - and how to push past the barriers that limit your forward movement. A person with a positive attitude will take more risk (and do it smarter with help from the other Dynamics)

  26. 26. Apply ABCDE method to your plan o A : Things that you must do top priority o B : Things that you should do o C: Things would be nice to do o D: Things which can be delegated o E: Things to be eliminated
  27. 27.  Results o 85 % of what we do is because of the result we expect or is expected of us o 15% is because what we have been told  To achieve results o Set deadline (to put force on yourself) • Finish before deadline (to outstand in team) • Announce the deadline to others (to avoid delaying) o Structure a self reward (to motivate and treat yourself) o Don’t stretch your task
