– Bus transit center with 7 bus bays
– 20 commuter (slug) spaces
– Short-term parking area for drop off and pick up
– Pedestrian bridge over Old Keene Mill Road
• Connects Springfield Plaza to the parking garage
– Bicycle storage, passenger waiting areas, and transit system information
– Community area on ground floor
• Exterior plaza in front of garage for public gathering/community events
• Short-term parking area to be used as interior community event space during
weekends
– Community area on roof top
• Portion of roof top dedicated for community events (weekdays and weekends)
