• Tysons Corner Center Proffer Condition Amendment –
land uses changed from office to residential (no increase in Gross Floor Area), resulted in additional 230
residential units.
• The Boro – 15 structures. 4.2M sq.ft. mixed‐use development with over 2,000 residential units.
• Arbor Row, Block D – Modified Block D hotel to a residential use with 140 residential units. First FDP in
Tysons for condos.
• The Highland District – 6 structures. 1.8M sq. ft. mixed‐use development with up to 1,690 residential units.
• Tysons Technology Center – approval for a lit, synthetic athletic field. No increase in GFA on the site.
