This drama narrates the true story of Pakistani soldier Maqbool Hussain, who was injured and taken prisoner by the Indian Army during the 1965 war. He spent 40 years in Indian jails, enduring great suffering and refusing to share any information about Pakistan. When the Indian officer Col. Khanaah cuts out his tongue, Hussain writes "Pakistan Zindabad" in his own blood on the jail wall. The drama praises Hussain's courage and faith in Pakistan during his long imprisonment.
