6. What is CEREC? CEREC is a chairsidecomputer that allows us to fabricate most crowns that patients need, in about 1 hour.
7. How is the crown made? Using a digital blue ray camera and CAD CAM technology. We take a picture of the prepared tooth using a digital blue ray camera. Next we design the crown on the computer using CAD CAM technology. Then we send the picture to the milling machine and the machine creates the crown.
