  13. 13. 13 0.5. MONTHLY GENERAL MEETING In the month we had our general meeting of librarians to discuss and evaluate the month. In our discussion, we appreciated Michael Kevane for his up to date love for our libraries activities. Without his advises and support given to our libraries we and our patrons would not have been able to reach our daily goals and objects for the community libraries. CONCLUSION: In conclusion, we wish to express our profound gratitude to FAVL for supporting us to educate African Village children through reading. We are so glad to (CESRUD/ FAVL Ghana) for giving us the opportunity to be agents of reading. Parents, guardians, teachers and patrons are very excited and much appreciated to CESRUD-Ghana, Michael Kevane (FAVL), and the coordinator for their generous support in the renovation and maintenance activities of the community libraries in Sumbrungu, Sherigu and Gworie-Kunkua, Ghana. We evaluated the inauguration ceremony of the library reader’s club. We recommended that parents of patrons should get involve in supporting the library, in any ways or form they can to help their children in using the library.
