Visions of Community Conference Hội Thảo Viễn Ảnh của Cộng Đồng
This annual conference is held in March at the
Seaport World Trade Center in Boston and features
many workshops on a range of topics including the
IEP process, advocacy, transition, and recreation.
It includes more than 75 exhibitors and is a great
opportunity to network with other families,
professionals and to pick up free resources. Most
conference activities are not only provided in
English but also Cantonese, Mandarin, Portuguese,
Somali, Spanish and Vietnamese.
Hội thảo hàng năm này thường tổ chức vào tháng 3
tại Seaport World Trade center ở Boston. Tại hội
thảo, phụ huynh có thể học thêm nhiều kiến thức
liên quan đến quá trình thiết kế IEP, kĩ năng biện
hộ, lên kế hoạch chuyển tiếp và thông tin giải trí cho
các con của mình.
Hội thảo hàng năm thu hút hơn 75 công ty và tổ
chức đến triển lãm. Đây là cơ hội tốt để kết nối với
phụ huynh, với các nhà chuyên môn, và nhận được

In-Home Therapy (IHT)
Là chương trình trị liệu tại nhà dựa trên ưu điểm của người bệnh
và gia đình, nhằm giúp cải thiện khả năng gia đình có thể cung
cấp các dịch vụ hiệu quả để hổ trợ cho trẻ/thanh niên ngay trong
gia đình. Phương pháp can thiệp giúp gia đình hổ trợ thêm cho
các em ngay tại gia đình, hạn chế trường hợp các em phải nhập
viện hay vào các cơ sở trị liệu về tâm thần.
Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) Chương trình giúp điều phối các dịch vụ theo mô hình tổng quan
để giúp trẻ/thanh niên dưới 21 tuổi.
In-Home Behavioral Services (IHBS) Dành cho trẻ dưới 21 tuổi có nhiều hành vi ảnh hưởng đến khả
năng trẻ có thể tham gia vào các hoạt động trong cộng đồng
Therapeutic Mentoring (TM)
Dành cho trẻ dưới 21 tuổi, được cung cấp tại nhà hoặc tại cộng

whose special needs are a distant second
thought.
