70. Google Forms as Quiz Digital Scantron(r) using Google Forms Step 1 Give your students a quiz or test via a web page or on paper. Next, place the link to the online form on your webpage and point your students there. You can also embed the form on your webpage. Step 2 Go into the sheet entitled "Answer Key and Date". Type in the answer key. Since this sheet can be reused mulitiple times, also type in a start date and end date for this particular quiz or test. Step 3 Go to the various "Period" sheets to view the data. Please note that the sheet will automatically score the test and put the student name in alphabetical order by last name.
