• Pasteurized milk expired

• We put 100ml of milk in an Erlenmeyer flask.
• Later, we put the vinegar. We mix the milk
with the vinegar. We mix it with a glass rod.

• We smell the different milks

• We can see that the milk is like the expired
one.

12. CONCLUSION
• The sour (vinegar) is bad for the milk.
