go for it… regardless the area you are placed in
– 	 Earn to be trusted – again and again
– 	 ask for competence
– 	 leave your comfort zone
– 	 accept fuzziness, learn to trust the
	 knowlege of others
– 	 process before design
– 	 be willing to be measured by results.
