The Dealer is not responsible for any arising electrical or electronic malfunctions of the vehicle. I
authorised the dealer to connect power for the GPS and loop Ignition for the Engine Cut Of. I also
understand the responsibility of cutting engine when vehicle is in various speeds.
I UNDERSTAND, THAT SMATRACK LTD, IT’S ASSOCIATES AND DEALERS, DO NOT PROVIDE “VEHICLE
TRACKING SERVICES” AND ARE THEREFORE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING ANY UNIT THAT IS
INSTALLED. IT IS ENTIRELY MY RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK MY OWN VEHICLE. I ALSO UNDERSTAND
THAT THE Dealer’s RESPONSIBILTY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED IS TO SERVICE THE UNIT, AS PER
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED.

Device Warranty- Terms and Conditions
WARRANTY OF THE DEVICE IS 9 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION. THE WARRANTY DOES
NOT COVER ANY MIS-HANDLING AND/OR TEMPERING BY PERSONS NOT AUTHORISED BY SMATRACK
DEALERS, INCLUDING MOTOR MECHANICS/ELECTRICIANS or OTHER CONTRACTORS.
