Mai 2016 bei den Portal Visions in Freiburg: Deutschland hat den Staus einer Industriegesellschaft endgültig verlassen und ist eine Dienstleistungs- und Informationsgesellschaft, die einem ständigem Wandel unterworfen ist. Starre Prozesse und Strukturen halten den Veränderungen des Marktes immer weniger stand. Als Antwort entstand Social Business mit den Fähigkeiten, Wissen zu teilen, abteilungsübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten und Ideen gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln.
