There are many ways to find the most important goal,
for now, go with your gut feeling
20. Step 2: Create a new memory of the
goal
See what you would see, hear what you would hear
and feel what you would feel when you have
achieved the goal (Associated)
Does this feel right for you? If not make the necessary
changes to the goal, till you feel its right
21. Step 3: Check for ecology
Make memories with your loved ones after you
achieved your goal, if needed please feel free to
changes the goal
22. Step 4: Make the goal appealing
Change the brightness, location, tempo, pitch, feeling
etc. to make the goal more appealing
