15. Video Door phones
•Video door-phone (also known as video door entry or video
intercom) is a stand-alone intercom system used to manage
calls made at the entrance to a building (residential complex,
detached family home, workplace, etc.) with access controlled
by audiovisual communication between the inside and
outside.
•The main feature of video door entry is that it enables the
person indoors to identify the visitor and, if (and only if) they
wish, engage in conversation and/or open the door to allow
access to the person calling.
•There are two types of video door phones,
•1.Simple Door Phones.
•2.Wireless Door phones.

can open the door without going to the door by
pressing unlock button on monitor.
4. Night Vision: 6 Night vision infrared LED helps to
identify visitor during night time.
19. Video Projector
•A video projector is an image projector that receives a video
signal and projects the corresponding image on a projection
screen using a lens system.
•All video projectors use a very bright light to project the
image, and most modern ones can correct any curves,
blurriness, and other inconsistencies through manual settings.
•Video projectors are used for many applications such as
conference room presentations, classroom training, and
concerts.
•In schools and other educational settings, they are
sometimes connected to an interactive whiteboard. In the late
20th century they were commonplace in home cinema but
later lost market share to large LCD television screens.
20. Continue..
•The history of projector is not so long, going
back in 1970s when 1st projector was came out
in the form of CRT projector.
•CRT projector has advantage of smoothly
displaying the picture but size and distortion is
there.
•The cost of device is not only depends on
resolution but also on light output.
•The light output is measured in lumens.
•For a room with less ambient required 1500-
2500 lumens of light.
21. Continue..
•There are 3 types of Projector
1.CRT
2.DLP
3.LCD
The Lumens output (brightness) good for LCD
is 800-1000 Also for DLP it is 1000. The
brightness should not be too high otherwise
poor reproduction of color will be there.
22. LCD Projector
•The construction of optical system used in LCD
projector is based on an image created using three
liquid crystal matrix LCD panel.
•As lamp produces a powerful light then a series of
colorful reflection of light is passed through filter and
lamps creates a white and multicolored reflection on
stream of light representing three primary
color(RGB).
•Each of these stream is concentrated at one of the
LCD panel & then passed through the lens.
•In this way signal of video source PC DVD is
displayed on screen placed in front of projector.
24. Digital Light Processor
•This projector technology was developed by Texas
Instruments. It is completely Different from LCD.
•The DLP chip is made of thousands of microscopic
mirror. Each mirror represent the single pixel.
•Light From projector lamp is goes to the surface of
DLP chip. Therefore the mirror turn on/off so the
pixel will be on/off. The colors are generated through
color wheel.
•These DLP projectors making use of Three DLP chips
Each is representing RED,GREEN,BLUE.
•Usually 3 DLP Chips are used in Professional & Home
Theater System.
27. Wi-Fi Audio Video Transmitter &
Receiver
•Wi-Fi operate at 802.11 IEEE standard with 802.11a &

•PVR’s allow users to pause and rewind live
programming, and to very easily record
programs using the electronic program guide.
•Once a program has been paused and
resumed viewers are no longer watching live
television; the PVR may then be used to fast
forward through the program until the viewer
catches up to the live timeline.
•Likewise, when viewing recorded
programming viewers may fast forward
through to the end of the recording.
