Jaw Crusher

Jaw Crusher Operating principle:
The motor drives the belt wheel, and makes movable
jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed
jaw and movable jaw gets larger, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target.
When the movable jaw is down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes
smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and
spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing
cavity.

Impact Crusher Operating principle:

Spiral Classifier
Introduction:
The mill and classifier are a
correlated set. The effect of
classifier has impact on the
efficiency of mill. So it is a key
point in the mineral separation
process to select well the
classifying equipment. The
spiral classifier can be divided
into the single spiral classifier
and double spiral classifier
according to the spiral axle quantity. It is divided into the high weir type, the low weir type, and
the sinking type according to the overflow weir height. This instruction is only for the low weir
type and the sinking type. The overflow position of high weir type of spiral classifier is above
the center of the lower spiral axle but below the upper part of the overflow spire. It has certain
falling area, applicable for classifying rough granules to obtain an overflowing force more than
100mesh. The whole screw of the sinking type of spiral classifier at the overflow end sinks
below the liquid surface of the falling section which has a large area and depth. So it is
applicable for classifying fine granules to attain an overflow granularity of less than 100mesh.

Centrifugal concentrator
Centrifugal separator is a process equipment realizing film
concentration in the centrifugal force field. Its principle is
similar to flow cell processed in chute of plane gravity. The
separating process is strengthened because of centrifugal
force which is introduced by manual arbitrary controlling.

invented in 1977; it is the perfect mining
equipment in seashore, riverside, sand
beach and river bank. Advantages of this
product are: reasonable structure,
easy-to-install, less land occupation,
easy-to-operate, stable running, clear
separation, large processing capacity, high
efficiency, high enrichment ratio, high payoff ratio and stable operation.
Purpose:
It is commonly used for ore separation with granularity between 0.3 -0.02mm like iron ore,
limonite, chromate, troilite, zirconite, rutile, cryptolite, xenotime, wolfram, Stan nary, tantalum
mineral niobite and other non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and nonmetal with weight proportion.
Using method and principle:
Erect and fix the spiral chute to appropriate position by iron or wood frame; feed ore sand into the
two material inlets on top of the spiral chute by sand pump; supply water to adjust thickness of ore
slurry; ore slurry flows downward by gravity; the spiral down flow generates eccentricity, this
eccentricity separates sand and ore; refine ore flows into the refine ore bucket and then pipes out;
gangue flows into the gangue bucket, pipes to sand pond and then discharges by sand pump. That
is the whole mine selecting process.
