Open Enrollment Programs
Accelerated Development Program (ADP)
Participants will receive a Certificate of Accelerated Development from the Wharton School
recognizing their achievement in the Accelerated Development Programme. Participants have up
to two years to complete the three required courses to receive the certificate. All participants
who choose to complete the certificate will receive coaching and professional assessments.
Also, they will be eligible to attend an executive education program at the Wharton School's
Philadelphia campus in the United States.

Programs aimed at Indian Managers with an average experience; of 15 years to develop them

– We are the programme partner for INSEAD for their Leadership Programme for Senior
Indian Executives titled ILPSIE. This is the first programme of its kind in India by a global
B-school. The 8 week programme over one-year, across INSEAD Singapore, INSEAD
France and interventions in India.

Consortium
Taking the format of a short-term programme, a Consortium is typically customized for a
particular industry or functional area, addressing unique challenges and competency needs.
– Eruditus is the exclusive outreach partner for Tuck Executive Education's maiden
Consortium programme in India, with Innovation and Globalization as it's core focus. The
programme will be directed by Prof. Vijay Govindarajan, one of the most influential
business thought leaders in the world, along with a team of Tuck faculty. The 9-month
multi-intervention programme will comprise of teams of senior management from 6-8
large non-competitive companies. The Consortium will be structured similar to the hugely
successful programme: "Global Leadership 2030", that has been running at Tuck for the
